At the end of 2021, the Rouen Normandy Metropolis launched the new LOVÉLO public service dedicated to cycling mobility. LOVÉLO brings together 3 offers to encourage you to travel by bike on a daily basis! Cycling is good for your health and air quality… Take the plunge!

Thanks to the LOVÉLO secure parking service, the Rouen Normandy Metropolis and Rouen Normandy Parking offer you the opportunity to park your bike in complete peace of mind for a short trip, a day or all year round. A dedicated and secure space just for your bike.

With a single, simplified rate, you can park your bike :

• 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• With your smartphone, your LOVÉLO card or your transport card (Astuce or Atoumod)
• With an annual or monthly subscription or an hourly ticket (half-day or day)

To choose a bicycle parking space :

• Check if a parking space is available within 300 meters of your location
• If there is no space available, make a request to the Metropolis

Thanks to the LOVÉLO service, you can take advantage of secure bicycle shelters throughout the Rouen Normandy Metropolis in just a few steps:
